"Who am I?
I am SweetChiliStudios! Fursuitmaker creating high quality fursuits. I work since 2019 and make my costumes with a lot of passion and love.

TOS:
Not reading the TOS does not exclude you from complying with it.

ORDERING AND REQUIREMENTS

-The price may be much higher than my base prices. Everything depends on your character design.

-The reference sheet of your character needs to be clear, legible and show the front and back of your character (Only digital art, no shading). Reference should be up to date and easy to read. Otherwise, your order may be rejected.-If you are getting a full fursuit I will require a Duct Tape Dummy. Client understands that they are ordering a one of a kind piece of art. If your duct tape dummy is not made properly I am not responsible for how your fursuit fits.
-I do not hold or reserve commission slots. Client must pay for their slot within 24 hours, otherwise, the slot will be offered to the next person in line.
-Communication with the creator is to be polite, professional and done in timely manner. If I do not get approval within 72 hours on progres photo, I will continue work as it is.
-I won't accept harassment, stalking, public shaming, threats, rushing, or discrimination in any form. Engaging in any of these actions will result in the immediate termination of your commission.
-Payment for shipping is made after the fursuit is completed. Full name and adress will be needed to give a quote for shipping price.
-I make fursuits in toony style only.

MY RIGHTS

-I reserve the right to post photos of progress and completed fursuit on my pages and website.
-Prices of my work are set to what I feel they are worth. Trying to argue about prices being too high will not be accepted.
-I don't work with deadlines. (I don’t because they’re really stresfull for me and only give higher chanses for any delays) For each part I have a separate time allocated, wich I will certainly not exceed.

CUSTOMER RIGHTS

-You can request updates, Work In Progress (WIP) pictures. I kindly request to limit questions such as "when will it be done" or "is it done" to a minimum.
-You have right to cancel your commission only before I start working on it. Please note that if the materials have already been ordered, the refund will only cover my labor minus the cost of shipping the materials to the customer.
-You have right to contact me any time regarding your commission. I am always here to adress your inquiries and concerns.

QUOTES

-I am always open to give out quotes.
-Getting a quote does not guarantee you a slot in queue, but also does not mean you have to make a payment. They are only given as a price estimate.

CONCEPT ART/ REFERENCE SHEET

-AI-generated and VR avatar references are not acceptable
-You will need to provide a clean, SFW 3 view reference sheet of the character in order to commission me.
All references need to provide the following:
-All colors need to be flat, no shading or gradients
-All markings and colors must be clean and readable
-Reference sheet must be high quality and not pixelated
-Important details such as pawpads, tounge, teeth, claws, inside of ears need to be present.

PAYMENT

-I accept payment via PayPal or revolut only (blik and bank transfer for polish customers and only for small commissions).
-For payments via PayPal I will charge an extra 3% fee for transfer, this covers what PayPal takes from me.
-I do not accept trades as a form of payment.

REFUNDS

-Refund can only be made before I start work with your project.
-If the materials have already been ordered, the refund will only cover my labor minus the cost of shipping the materials to the customer.

WORK IN PROGRESS

-You should not expect daily updates
-Updates will be sent whenever your input is needed or when significant progress has been made
-Please keep in mind that SweetChiliStudios is a one-person team. Everything — from crafting fursuits to customer service and messaging — is handled by a single person.
-All WIP photos and updates will be done through-Telegram (preffered), Instagram or email.
-I post progress photos of my work on telegram channel, instagram and X (twitter). If you wish to keep progress of your fursuit a secret, I can definitely do so. However once the costume is finished, I have every right to post the complete product publicly.
-Please include the secret word “dingo” to confirm that you have read and agree to the Terms of Service. You may be asked to provide it in your quote or via direct message.

STYLE

-I have my own unique style, which may evolve over time.
-If you are not interested in my style please do not commission me, I will not change my style for one person.
-I will not create kemono or realistic style fursuits.
-I will not copy anyones style, if you are interested in xyz work, then commission xyz and not me.

REPAIRS/ Warranty

-Each suit comes with a 6-month warranty, during which all repairs are free. You only need to cover shipping costs.
-As this is a custom-made and fitted product, there may be rare cases where something fits too loosely or tightly. That’s why I offer repairs — mistakes can happen, and I’m committed to fixing them.
-Warranty does not cover refurbishments
-After the 6-month warranty period, repairs will incur a fee depending on the type of repair needed

Please remember that wear and tear is normal for any clothing or costume — fursuits are not indestructible.
Please make sure yout suit is CLEAN before sending it.

WHAT I DON'T DO?
-SPH (strategically placed holes) or any NSFW items
-Protogens
-LEDs or electronics
-Realistic or kemono fursuits
-Airbrushing
-I will not use low-quality materials or techniques to provide you a cheaper cost.
-I don't make all species, please ask. I work on bases from tpu print. All 3d models are made by me so I can make a custom one.
-I do not fur premade bases (may accept foam bases from cast),
-I do not use real fur for making my costumes
-I don't work on stolen characters.
-I don't offer payment plans.
-I do not make moving jaws.

I CAN BLACKLIST YOU IF YOU:
-you're problematic customer (insulting me and my work)
-harrassing me
-rushing me with no particular reason
-if you got a beware from other makers/artists/customers"
